Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial projections.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to provide insights into the company's financial performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial performance reports to management and stakeholders. These reports may include key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and other relevant analyses.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Identify and explain variances, and work with department heads to address budget deviations.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and other business initiatives.
- Analyze costs, expenses, and revenue trends to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Identify cost drivers, variances, and trends by analyzing cost data to support decision-making processes.
- Provide financial support cross-functionally on contract negotiation and management, rebate analysis, profit management, and pricing strategy execution,

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance
- MBA a plus
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in financial records and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
