Position : Full-time Paralegal Location : Kansas City, Missouri Office Experience : Minimum of ten (8) years of practical civil litigation experience Preferred Experience : Knowledge in Insurance Defense, Municipal Law, and Business matters Requirements : Tech-savvy, familiarity with e-filing in Federal and State Court, strong computer skills, organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, superior time management skills, attention to detail, reliability, ability to manage busy attorneys' schedules.

Job Description : We are a fast-growing law firm located in Kansas City, Missouri, seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time paralegal to join our team.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of eight years of practical civil litigation experience and a strong familiarity with various legal processes.

The candidate should also be tech-savvy and comfortable working with modern legal technology tools.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys in civil litigation matters.
• Assist in preparing legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research on cases and related topics.
• Assist in case management, including maintaining organized electronic and physical files.
• Utilize your knowledge in Insurance Defense, Municipal Law, and Business matters to contribute effectively to the legal team.
• Navigate and manage e-filing processes in both Federal and State Courts.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge in Insurance Defense, Municipal Law, and Business matters is preferred.
• Proficiency in using legal technology tools and software.
• Familiarity with e-filing procedures in both Federal and State Courts.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Superior time management skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
