Compensation : $75 - $110 / hr. (Contract-to-hire)

We have partnered with our client in their search for an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the development and execution of capital markets products within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry.

This role involves taking ownership of the product roadmap and delivery, evolving from an individual contributor to a key leader driving product strategy and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, skilled in business case development, and adept at managing complex digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and optimization of capital markets products.
• Develop and present business cases, progress reports, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for assigned products, optimizing technology spend to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to ensure cohesive product execution.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure product success, establishing and monitoring OKRs tied to business outcomes.
• Influence product positioning, marketing strategies, adoption, and user engagement.
• Engage with UX designers and data engineers to create high-quality, user-centric solutions.
• Break down complex requirements into actionable user stories and guide the engineering team through implementation.
• Oversee product delivery, ensuring features are completed on time and within budget.

Skills Required

• Extensive experience in Product Management, specifically with digital products in the CRE or related industry.
• Strong background in defining and executing product strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and business case development.
• Expertise in working with globally distributed teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple digital products.
• Professional certification in Product Management is preferred (e.g., from Product School, AIPMM).
