Phillip Kerber-Farmers Insurance Agency in Independence, Ohio, is looking for a confident and highly motivated person who is interested in beginning their career in insurance as a Insurance Telemarketer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.
Are you currently selling another product outside of the insurance industry, a student or graduate struggling to decide on a future career, or somebody with no experience who is interested in beginning a career in insurance?
This is an entry-level position and we will teach you everything you need to know about the industry so that you can transfer your skills to our agency and unleash your potential.

Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
Great Customer Service Skills.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
