POSITION SUMMARY
Barton Malow Company is seeking Civil Laborers, Foremen, and Supervisors to work on self-perform civil operations in a dynamic construction environment, ensuring safety and quality.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industry-standard methods, equipment, materials, tools, and trade practices
- Demonstrate an understanding of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the construction trades
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Union Affiliation : valid Union Card required
- Ability to pass drug screen is required
- Skill in the use of standard tools and equipment
- Effective communication skills; written and oral
- Efficient time management to meet deadlines while providing project support
- Critical thinking skills to analyze and report accurate project schedule information
