Job Summary
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support the identification, analysis, and implementation of business solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and team members to gather and document business requirements, assist in system modifications, and ensure the successful delivery of project tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support senior analysts in creating workflow diagrams, use cases, and other project documentation.
- Participate in meetings, including requirement-gathering sessions and project updates.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and potential opportunities for improvement.
- Help in monitoring the progress of projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity of data and system performance.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst role writing BRDs
- Azure DevOps is a bonus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology or experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
