An Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering plus 4 years of related experience
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software
- Registered Professional Engineer or ability and willingness to obtain a PE license within 6 months of start date.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Duties And Responsibilities
- Experience in building power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, and fire alarm systems.
- Oversees and implements the electrical design and preparation of drawings, ensuring code standards, owner standards and firm design practices are met.
- Plans own work in accordance with the project schedule and meet project deadlines.
- Coordinates with local authorities, utilities, and municipalities to incorporate associated construction, code, and government requirements
- Visits site to gather necessary as-built documentation to aid in the project’s design. Some local travel for field support is expected.
