The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development team while also managing product-related activities.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure the smooth operation of the development process, oversee release management, organize product support, maintain user manuals, and facilitate transparent cooperation with implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Development Team Management :

  • Lead and manage the development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor and support team members, building a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Overseeing the design and development process, ensuring the product meets customer expectations and business goals

2. Product Management :

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Competitors analysis and customer needs analysis.
  • In cooperation with the Product Sponsor and Product Owner, develop and maintain a product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
  • In cooperation with Business Analysts, elicit and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.

3. Release Management :

  • Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Communicate release plans and updates to stakeholders and customers.
  • Work on the release notes and timely notifications for the users.

4. Development Team Management :

  • Organize and establish product support processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Work closely with the support team to identify and address recurring issues, driving continuous improvement.

5. Documentation Management :

  • Oversee the creation and ongoing updates of user manuals and other product documentation.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to all users.

6. Collaboration :

  • Facilitate transparent and effective communication with implementation teams (teams inside LeverX that work using the Product to deliver value for the customers), ensuring smooth product rollouts.
  • Act as a liaison between development, support, sales, and implementation teams to ensure alignment and address any cross-functional challenges.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Development Team Manager, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teas and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with release management and product support processes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (., JIRA, Trello).
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
  • Experience in preparing and maintaining user documentation.
