Real Estate Sales Lead Manager

We’re hiring an all-star sales professional to help us achieve our sales goals. You’ll work with prequalified leads and also identify and qualify new opportunities, building strong client relationships and closing deals to consistently deliver results.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, enjoys tackling new challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on achieving measurable success.

Compensation :

  • First-year income expected to reach $140,000
  • Health Benefits
  • Paid Time Off

Compensation :

$140,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

  • Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals
  • Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
  • Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals
  • Engage with prequalified leads to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Qualify new leads through research and discovery, ensuring a good fit with the company's offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales with a focus on delivering value to both the customer and the company.

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
  • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
  • Real Estate Industry or related industry experience is required
