Vehicle Sales Consultants

Nissan of Duncanville is actively seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Vehicle Sales Consultants to help grow the book of business.
We are actively seeking detail-oriented team-players with a high level of integrity and strong communication skills.
PAID TRAINING WITH A $2000 MONTHLY GUARANTEE!
Sales compensation will be based on experience and is commission-based. The PERFECT individual will gain tremendous earning potential!
Work functions include but not limited to :
Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or guidance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales area.
The Sales Consultant accompanies customers on test drives, builds rapport, and conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Pursues prospective customers, promotes valid sales incentives, and maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business, resulting in customer satisfaction.
- Discovers and clarifies vehicles' characteristics, capabilities, and features; and offers comparable and / or competitively priced sales options to potential customers.
The Sales Consultant is constantly updated on new products and services within the industry.
Submits customer sales documentation to the Finance & Insurance Manager, along with proper paperwork (insurance information, trade title etc.
The Sales Consultant provides complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with the dealership regulations.
Job Requirements :
- Sales : 1 year (Preferred)
- Basic computer operating knowledge
- Knowledge of Automotive CRM software is a bonus.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Proficiency to apply concepts of basic mathematics.
- Capability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
