Our client is seeking an experienced candidate to deliver skincare treatment plans that include home care, maintain detailed appointment documentation with before-and-after photos, provide exceptional treatments and rebook patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver aesthetic treatments with a high level of attention to detail and follow-up care.
- Meet service and retail goals.
- Communicate detailed knowledge and understanding of all services and products.
- Actively promote monthly treatment and retail specials.
- Maintain sanitized, stocked, and pristine treatment room.
- Properly use and protect all esthetic equipment.
- Attend vendor training / functions.
- Performs all treatments within the scope of Georgia state license and adheres to all practice guidelines and maintain continuing education.
- Ensure consents are signed prior to treatment and after care information is provided.
- Follow up with patient 48 hours post treatment.
- Assist and participate with inventory including retail, back bar and consumables. check in and organization of all areas used in aesthetics.
- Consistently take before and after photos and accurately document each patient visit.
- Use professional verbal and written communication skills with clients and other staff.
- Assist with general office and common area upkeep.
- Share feedback and participate during weekly touch base.
- Utilize social media responsibly to help generate business.
- Refer patients to other team members offering other services.
- Be a team player and accept additional responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of aesthetic services and products.
- Vast knowledge of skincare brands and services such as HydraFacial, Aerolase, Intraceuticals, VI Peel and more.
- Provides quality services and educates and sells home care products.
- Maintains positive working relations with co-workers.
- Time management skills.
- Detail oriented with above-average organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and communicates clearly / effectively.
- High attention to detail and highly motivated.
- Maintain HIPPA compliance.
- Understand and interpret policies and regulations.
- Document each patient visit within 8 hours.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Have and maintain Georgia Aesthetics and Assistant Laser Practitioner License
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of previous experience working in a med-spa
