The SD-WAN Program Manager will work with their engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery at direction of Program Sponsors. Provide hands-on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
- Communicate the status, progress, and results of the software development projects to management, stakeholders, and end users.
- Manage timelines and availability of development resources. Coordinate dependencies between development streams.

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering Or equivalent educ / experience
- 3 years Related experience; 3-5 years preferred
Preferred qualifications :
- Education : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), is also beneficial.
- Experience : 5-7 years of experience in software development is preferred but not required, with at least 2-3 years of experience in project management.
Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is preferred.
- Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Project Management Skills : ability to plan, track progress, manage risks, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of project management tools, such as ADO, JIRA or Trello is preferred.
- Communication and Leadership : Excellent communication and leadership skills. Should be able to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and executives, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making : Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential risks, and make sound decisions to address issues and keep the project on track.
- Team Management : Experience in leading and managing teams is essential. Should be able to motivate team members, foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
