Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a GCP Subject Matter Expert and provide quality oversight for clinical programsPlan and conduct risk-based GCP audits and manage regulatory inspectionsSupport the development of risk-based Quality Assurance plans and oversee clinical trial quality management activitiesRequired QualificationsDoctorate degree OR Master's degree with 3 years of quality experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of quality experience OR Associate's degree with 10 years of quality experience OR High school diploma / GED with 12 years of quality experienceExperience directly managing people or leading teams / projects7 years or more experience in Quality Management or Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical / biotech industryExperience with Quality Management Systems and managing quality in electronic QMSThorough understanding of Clinical R&D activities and Global Regulations
