Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and execute personalized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver therapeutic services, track student progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to effectively address communication needs.
- Perform screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and engage in team meetings for strategic planning.
- Advocate for students, stay current with industry advancements, and pursue continuous professional development.
Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current TennesseeTeaching Certification
- Tennessee SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Fast / reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks / tablets permitted
Benefits :
- 1099 School Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours and pay across direct / indirect hours
- Hourly Rate : $40-$45
