Responsibilities :
Operations Support Specialist must be confident, outgoing, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will give the perfect candidate insight into many roles within EXOS by supporting the Operations Support team.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to assisting with apparel allotment and discount codes, inbound call center for existing clients, light project management and system setup.
- Responsibilities for Inbound Call Center :
- Handle inbound client inquiries telephonically and by email / chat / IM while maintaining company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize computer, peripheral devices, telephone headset and all aspects of the telephone system
- Answer calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Exercise discretion and good judgment, make sound business decisions
- Responsibilities for Project Management
- May be involved in various corporate or client projects that will require excellent organization and time management
- This responsibility is intended for the candidate to gain additional knowledge of what EXOS does and allow for additional professional growth
- Prior project management is not a requirement
- Responsibilities for System Setup
- Will be trained on setup of the member management system that EXOS uses in our facilities, as well as client facilities
- Will assist the Implementation team in system setups as needed
- Responsibilities for Apparel Allotment & Discount Codes include :
- Preparing employee apparel allotment for shipment
- Creating shipping labels
- Managing employee discount codes
The Ideal Candidate would have
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service role or operations support role
- High school diploma or solid work experience in communications, business, or related fields
- Strong time management, organization, administrative, problem-solving skills
- Strong data entry and follow up skills
- Strong communication skills via telephone, webcam meetings and in face-to-face interactions
- Proficiency in email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
- Team-oriented, open minded and willing to learn
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Visual acuity to interact with computer screens
- Manual dexterity to manipulate computer keyboard and other office equipment
- Sitting for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Flexible work schedule based on business need; role will require to be onsite when handling apparel, however other job responsibilities can be done remotely.
Schedule will be worked out with management
