Description : Job Summary : -Under general supervision, demonstrates ability to handle nursing problems and, in general, an expanded group of nursing practices.
- Performs nursing intervention across a variety of nursing situations.-Identifies patient problems prior to explicit changes in patient-specific data collection (such as vital signs Schedule Notes : 13 week assignment 7P-7a 3 X12 hr shiftsevery other weekend2 winter holidaysno on callwill float if ICU census is lowSkills : Required Skills & Experience : -Two years of RN experience in the ICU and demonstrated level of performance and practice is required.
- Must have ICU experience at the bedside within the past six months.-Willingness to be flexible for different hours.-Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.-Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
