What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications) :
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, public health, communications, or related area.
- At least 5 years’ experience in direct care including use of one or more EBPs / EIPs.
- At least 3 years with research and writing functions, incl. while in graduate degree program.
- Strong preference for a clinical license (MFT, LCSW, Psychologist, etc.)
How you will make a difference (Job Overview) :
This position collaborates with the SBHG Department of Research & Program Practices (RPP) to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of fidelity to practice models, whether evidence-based or evidence-informed, across SBHG's agencies and programs.
Reporting to the SBHG Senior Director of Research and Program Practices, and under the coordination of an RPP Fidelity Analyst I, the Fidelity Analyst II supports the development and implementation of practice handbooks, guidelines, therapeutic session scripts, fidelity protocols, and monitoring tools.
They bring clinical expertise, program practice knowledge, and research background to the table, actively contributing to written practice and fidelity implementation plans.
Additionally, they assist in communicating, training, and modeling new practices and protocols, and liaise with external trainers as necessary.
While not responsible for sustaining ongoing EBP / EIP training programs, they may assist in administering fidelity protocols and guiding program teams in utilizing fidelity data for program and practice improvement.
Division / Program Overview :
Collaborate and cooperate to fulfill goals, action items, and timetables outlined in written practice and fidelity implementation plans.
Develop practice handbooks, guidelines, therapeutic session scripts, fidelity protocols, and monitoring tools for staff to ensure optimal use of evidence-based or evidence-informed practices.
Communicate, train, and model the use of new practices, protocols, and tools. Articulate expectations of evidence-based practice developers and facilitate external training for program teams.
Assist Fidelity Analyst I in administering fidelity protocols and guiding program teams in utilizing fidelity data for program improvement.
Consult with leadership and program staff on applying research and fidelity data for continuous quality improvement. Design, develop, and write reports on practice implementation projects and evaluations upon request.
Present findings in various areas, including conferences and publications.
