The Patient Relations Supervisor is a clinical position, which oversees and manages the Patient Relations Liaison team and the clinical reviews associated with patient concerns.
This role oversees all functions of the Patient Relations Liaison team, including staff performance management and evaluation, coordination and design of workflows, ensuring compliance with timelines and regulatory / policy requirements, ensuring excellent customer service and concern resolution, and the development and implementation of training for team members.
This position actively collaborates with department and ministry leaders, Quality and Risk Management, and physician leadership to investigate clinical care concerns and facilitate satisfactory resolution, in partnership with the Patient Relations Liaison team.
This role functions as a spokesperson and integral liaison between the Patient Relations team and key ministry leaders.

Required qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 5 years of Acute care experience.
- 2 years of Progressive management experience, or experience as a Quality Management Coordinator.
- Clinical chart review and case investigation experience.
