Position Name : Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Now Hiring for :
CNC Med Surg Unit, 7pm-7am
CNC Ortho / Neuro Trauma Unit, 7pm-7am
CNC Oncology Unit, 7pm-7am
Shifts Available : Days, Nights & Weekends Only (Rotating Weekends)
Acute Care Hospital offers an array of medical and health clinic services with an array f special centers and services.
Job Summary :
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (- delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit / department during the designated shift.
In collaboration with other members of the
management team,
- CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care with established policies / procedures,
- Assists with admission and discharge processes
- Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services
- Recommends and implements courses of action for the Care Plan
- Assists with staff scheduling.
- Qualifications :
- Two (2) years of clinical experience in the specialty area
- Acute Care experience is required
- BCLS
- Registered Nurse Diploma
- RN License in Missouri or compact license
