People Talent Acquisition Lead / Director
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager / Director to take full ownership of our recruiting, hiring and onboarding functions.
This role is responsible for developing effective Talent Acquisition (TA) processes, implementing efficient systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, enhancing policies and procedures.
This is a leadership role, but from the start you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and participate in full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical roles, while at the same time create and implement a scalable TA Leadership process for Kodiak Solutions.
You will report directly to the Chief People Officer."
Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition : Construct a hiring program that prioritizes candidate experience, while leveraging efficient and repeatable processes that scale for company growth.
Ability to define interviewing and selection processes to attract talent in healthcare finance, technology and professional services sectors.
Collaborate with business leaders to conduct workforce planning, including planning and execution of campus recruiting efforts.
Develop metrics to ensure efficiency and quality of hiring efforts.Maintain knowledge of leading hiring practices to ensure Kodiak TA efforts remain cutting edge and effective.
- OnBoarding Leverage tools and systems to create a seamless employee experience in transitioning from candidate to employee with Kodiak.
- Policy Development and Implementation : Develop, implement, and oversee hiring policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.
Regularly review and update policies as needed.
- Leadership : Provide inspirational, effective management and mentorship to Kodiak TA team members.Develop, refine and deliver interviewer training and other employee development programs that support Kodiak TA efforts.
- Legal Compliance and Immigration : Maintain a working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Ensure Kodiak’s hiring practices are compliant.
Be the primary lead on immigration and working with outside immigration counsel.
Culture and Ethics : Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Promote company culture and ethics, ensuring they are reflected in our policies and daily operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition operations or a similar role, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- Experience working in fast growth Saas / Technical Start-ups as both an IC and a Leader
- Experience leading or facilitating employment branding initiatives that showcase a high-performance culture.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Previous experience with HRIS systems such as Dayforce / Ceridian, Workday, Applicant tracking recruiting system and other HR related software.
- Self-starter with a natural tendency to take initiative, work independently, and effectively prioritize urgent tasks.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, attention to detail and prioritize effectively.
- High proficiency level across the Microsoft Office software suite.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;
experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $98,491.00 to $209,028.00 per year.
