Position Summary
- Provide office assistance for the UNM-Valencia Campus Student Services Department. Duties / requirements include, but not limited to : Professionalism,customer service, with a positive and courteous attitude;
- processing variousregistration and admissions transactions; scanning and indexing documents;answering phones and addressing day to day questions, concerns or issues, andproviding campus resources;
- must adhere to high levels of confidentiality;attention to detail, and organizational skills; good communication skills;
experience with excel and word; willingness to work in a teamenvironment. Minimum Qualifications
