Job DescriptionAs an Oracle Health Adoption Coach, you will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of client conversion and adoption projects.

You will provide one-on-one learning support to clinical and non-clinical staff alike, serving as the first line to investigate and resolve client problems, ensure proper workflow, and answer functionality questions.

An Adoption Coach possesses excellent communication and decision-making skills, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity.

Adoption Coaches must have the ability to work comfortably with technology, possess strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing, client-facing environment.

In addition, you will maintain a broad understanding of many Cerner product solutions by learning system functionality, workflow best practices and evaluating the best way to engage with each client.

Provide end-user one-on-one support at client locations to perform high-level solution tasksIdentify and surface process, workflow and technical questions to appropriate project team members or content ownersFacilitate bi-directional feedback between the project team and end users to improve efficiency of communication and issue resolutionProvide feedback to appropriate stakeholders on system adoption and utilizationExecute system adoption and / or optimization plan for client based on utilization data and targeted outcomesNote - This role requires weekly travel and irregular work hours, inclusive of nights and weekend shifts, if needed to support onsite client engagementDisclaimer : Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

13 to $34.66 per hour; from $37,700 to $72,100 per annum.Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

11 paid holidaysPaid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
