About the team
The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV.
This role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines.
Responsibilities : - Manage Evaluation Operations. Responsible for the evaluation job and ensure timely and high-quality completion of product evaluations.
Develop and implement evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and processes.- Drive insights and optimization : Participate in various product research, analyze evaluation data to identify product opportunities for improvement, and provide valuable business insights.
- Process Improvement : Continuously improve the workstream for various evaluation tasks, including but not limited to evaluation guidelines, training, tools, data, efficiency and accuracy management based on business goals.
- Project Management : Lead and manage evaluation projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver objectives.- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or above, familiar with search engine evaluation methods, and experienced in product evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong project management and communication coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with all parties to achieve goals.
