Summary of Duties : Serve as a knowledge source for the E-Data group on systems development. Assist E-Data and business leadership in understanding large technical projects and solutions.
Lead process improvements and develop procedures to improve E-Data systems development. Prepare detailed system development specifications based on user requirements.
Develop systems development documentation. Perform coding / configuration of systems. Work with business groups on defining and understanding business requirements for large applications.
Provide guidance to junior staff members in executing systems development responsibilities. Collaborate with architects on design tenets and compliance in all relevant areas.
Perform POCs and provide input in the selection of systems development tools and platforms.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Systems Developer II, IT Analyst, System Engineer or related role.
Must have five (5) years of experience with : SQL, Snowflake, Azure Dev Ops and GIT; Talend, Informatica ETL tools; Basic relational database platforms (Oracle and SQL Server) and languages (PL / SQL, SQL);
data warehouse platforms (Snowflake); Three (3) years of experience with : Data Security Standards / Architecture; and one (1) year of experience with : API tools, Oracle SOA or Mulesoft.
