Field Service Technician
I'm currently partnering with a cutting-edge ag equipment sales and service company on the hunt for an exceptional Field Service Technician.
This role is all about meeting the soaring demands of their ever-expanding business. The right candidate brings over five years of hands-on experience in ag equipment, a passion for traveling to diverse locations for maintenance work, and the enthusiasm to drive growth in a company that has multipl locations across the west coast.

Field Service Technician Qualifications :
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
- 5 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing branded ag equipment
- Must have own tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-reliant & proactive, with minimal supervision required
- Strong teamwork skills
Field Service Technician Job Description :
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose combine, swather and tractor equipment for necessary repairs
- Perform designated repairs on customer or company-owned machines
- Technician skills encompass mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
- Conduct preventive maintenance and general machine upkeep
- Utilize diagnostic laptop computers, gauges, and instruments to detect faults in all machine systems
- Operate machines to determine repair needs or assess repairs
- Disassemble and assemble machines and components according to manufacturer specifications
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete required maintenance and service tasks
- Research repair needs and order necessary parts as required
Field Service Technician Pay & Benefits :
- Compensation ranging from $34-$42 per hour DOE and qualifications.
