- Float between units as required.- No on-call duties.- Required to work every other weekend.- Expected patient ratios of 1 : 3 or 1 : 4.
- Approved to work 48 hours is not allowed.- Initial orientation of 40 hours, non-billable.- Complete mandatory modules pre-start and annually, average 16 hours, with possible approval required for over 20 hours.
- Possibility of floating to nearby sister facilities; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment.- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination required, with medical / religious exemptions allowed.
- Vaccination policy for the flu is unspecified.- Communication devices are provided if needed for the assignment, or reimbursement for work-related cell phone use is available.
