We operate over 100 "bag-drop" depots across Maine and New York, with processing facilities located in Biddeford and Oakland, Maine, as well as Scotia, New York.

Job Details :
CLYNK is looking for a experienced, skilled, and reliable Maintenance Technicians to help keep our processing facilities running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including bulk balers, augers, and conveyor belts.
Most importantly, we need a self-motivated person who is willing to learn and has a talent for diagnosing and forming a plan to repair mechanical issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or similar fast paced environments. We will train the right candidate on any and all skills needed to succeed with the equipment in our facilities.
This is a full-time position based out of our Biddeford, ME location. There will be occasional travel to other work sites including Oakland, ME and South Portland, ME.
The schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, 4 : 00pm - 12 : 30am.
Responsibilities :
- Operate a wide variety of hand tools and power tools
- Examine machinery for excessive wear
- Identify root causes for machinery deficiencies
- Perform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance
- Complete preventative maintenance activities according to schedule
- Complete basic electrical and hydraulic repairs on machinery
- Complete welding and metal work
- Document and maintain accurate records
- Forklift operation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- 4+ years experience working in a manufacturing or operational plant environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Understanding of OSHA requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and ability to operate self-sufficiently
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to twist, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, climb, and lift up to 60lbs frequently
- Maintain valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
