What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service Experience.
- Versatility : Ability to work on both residential and commercial projects, including soldering, sheet metal work, heating and air conditioning, and thermostat installation.
- Technical Expertise : Strong skillset in commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical systems.
- Design & Modifications : Expertise in HVAC functions, ductwork modifications, and system design.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers.
- Leadership : Strong leadership skills and a solid work ethic.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to maintain a high degree of precision and logical problem-solving.
- Stability : A stable work history is a must.
