Paradise Remodeling & Design LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced AutoCAD / Chief Architect Specialist and Permit Coordinator to join our team.
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth preparation, submission, and management of plans and permits for our remodeling projects.
If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience with AutoCAD or Chief Architect, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
Plan Preparation and Submission :
- Prepare detailed plans and diagrams using AutoCAD or Chief Architect to be submitted to the city for permitting.
- Respond to city corrections and ensure all plans meet the necessary requirements.
- Submit the permit package to the city, including permit applications for customers, plumbing, and all sub trades.
Materials Ordering and Sourcing :
- Handle all materials ordering, including placing orders for kitchen cabinets and other necessary items for remodeling projects.
- Assist customers in sourcing materials and making informed decisions on selections.
Inspection Scheduling :
Schedule inspections for various stages of the remodeling projects.
Permit Status Monitoring :
Check daily for city permit status and respond to resolve any corrections.
Project Management Support :
- Provide project management support by coordinating between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collect Payments from customers
Architect Designer License (Preferred) :
Having an architect license is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications :
- Must have experience with permit corrections and plan preparation. (minimum of 3-5 years)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Chief Architect is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in the remodeling or construction industry is a MUST.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Salary :
$60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications + Bonuses
