What You'll Do :
- Build relationships with current growers and prospect new clients
- Sell a variety of chemical, fertilizer, and seed products across your territory
- Provide agronomic recommendations and stay updated on the latest agronomic technologies
- Perform soil and tissue samples to help growers maximize their crop yields
- Work independently while staying connected with your team and customers
What We Need :
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a passion for agronomy
- 2+ years of sales experience in an agronomy-related field (preferred)
- Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture is a plus
What’s In It For You :
- Base salary of $60,000-$85,000 (DOE) plus bonuses
