FIS Securities Lending Processing Platform and FIS Agency Lending Disclosure Processor have a market leading position in delivering technology and services to the Securities Finance & Collateral industry.

The components of FIS’ solution suite are designed to support the entire and value chain and processes of the Securities Finance and Collateral market.

The global business has 200+ clients, both sell side and buy side institutions including Banks, Agent Lenders, Broker / Dealers and Asset Managers.

What you will be doing

As a Product owner / Business Analyst / SME you will work closely with product management, customers and market providers to understand and analyze requirements of the Securities Finance & Collateral market.

The FIS’ Loanet Product Owner which includes core Loanet (Full Service and Select Services ) and Agency Lending Disclosure (ALDOP) will work to best position FIS Securities Finance for growth.

Identify market trends for Securities Finance in North America, risks and growth areas and position s that will benefit the Loanet solution suite

Analy z e market requirements and derive relevant requirements (business requirements, regulatory requirements, and technical requirements)

M aintain a product roadmap and prioritize development initiatives.

Drive the product developments in collaboration with the development, supervise execution of development initiatives.

Develop business cases for key development initiatives, champion initiatives that have strong ROI and assess risks appropriately.

Support client’s day to day requests and inquiries by working with internal teams not limited to Client Services and Professional services

Support sales organization and process with specific market / domain expertise and product knowledge

Provide guidance on messaging and product positioning (per segment)

Provide trainings on value proposition, positioning, differentiators, and pricing of solution components for sales force (pre-sales, sales)

Engage and interact with clients.

Acts as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution (does not include standard problem escalation process).

Practices open and honest communications with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups and requirements gathering sessions.

Provides presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings and internal group meetings.

What you bring

At least 8 years of experience in product management, design and / or development of software products and services for the Capital Markets domain with strong track record of progressive experience and responsibility.

Specific experience in the Securities Finance domain / Securities Lending & Borrowing and Collateral Management, Usage of FIS products specifically Loanet Core products.

Bachelor’s degree required , MBA a plus.

Acumen in business, technology, and analytical capabilities.

Experience with product management principles and methodologies; experience in software development lifecycle, release management and change management.

Familiarity and experience with regulatory requirements of Securities Finance and Collateral industry.

Structured thinker who can quickly organize and execute action plans.

Desire to continually learn and improve approaches and methodologies.

Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of levels within the organization.

Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environment.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $136, - $228, and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
