Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Drive execution of medical operational plan and external engagements with HCP / EE, Patient groups, medical / guidelines societies.
  • Lead the creation of evidence generation plan rolling up country proposals and requests. Support of execution of the plan in country and support of ISS proposals received in the designated therapy area.
  • Work with market access teams towards positive evaluation and reimbursement of Immunogen’s portfolio through pro-active external stakeholder engagement and reimbursement submissions.
  • Synthezise insights of country teams to create a perspective with respect to Immunogen’s products and development assets.
  • Develop compelling and compliant field materials to support scientific engagement with a variety of stakeholders for the country medical teams.
  • Lead and facilitate the design and implementation of training programs for the medical teams including coordination of new hire training programs in Europe.
  • Management of vendors.
  • Partner with field medical. operations to ensure appropriate requirements for IT systems, data analytics, and resources are defined and available to the organization.
  • Manage, design, and deliver a congress plan with associated medical activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree PhD or PharmD. Additional post doctorate experience highly preferred.
  • Typically, 10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent; substantial understanding of relevant therapeutic area required.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Medical Affairs with Global Medical Affairs experience highly preferred.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills.
