StretchLab El Segundo is seeking personal trainers, athletes, massage therapists, yoga instructors, dancers, physical therapists / PT assistants, and corrective exercise specialists to join our team.

Our Flexologist's provide one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients.
We're the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching and have created a variety of offerings to empower clients to Live Long’.
StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals, and our proprietary Flexologist Training Program ensures that their clients receive a world class stretching session.
Our clientele ranges through all demographics such as athletes, entrepreneurs, retired persons, high-profile celebs, and more.
The Flexologist’s goal is to create the best professional stretch experience for our clients by ensuring that they get the most out of their stretch without ever putting them in danger of pain or injury.
Our Flexologist's talk every client through each stretch, making sure the client knows what the stretch is designed to do, and how it should feel.
The Flexologist will let the client know where they are especially tight and what the client can do during their daily routine to help them become as mobile and limber as possible.
Our Flexologist's work part-time in a very flexible and enjoyable environment!
Benefits :
- Compensation : $25-$35 / hr
- Starting pay of $25 / hr for every 50-min stretch performed (hourly + commission)
- Industry-leading bonus structure (in addition to hourly + commission.
Bonuses up to $200 average monthly, with the option of an additional $500 bonus if we are the #1 performing studio in the country)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Educate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
- Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Attend staff meetings and required continued training sessions
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio duties and sales
- Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
- Complete continued education to ensure constant growth
Qualifications :
- Prior certification / degree required from a nationally recognized organization / university in one of the following fields :
- Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer, or Sports Performance Coach
- Massage Therapist
- Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
- Yoga or Pilates Instructor
- Kinesiology / Sports Medicine / Corrective Exercises, etc
- Exceptions are made for former collegiate and professional athletes

AVAILABILITY :
We are expanding our hours. Shifts are generally 6 hours each and must be open to working some weekends.
