Responsibilities The position of 2L Legal Intern will assist the Legal Services team of SCA Health in a variety of legal matters.
This candidate will be based in the Birmingham, Alabama or Pasadena, California area. The candidate will assist the Legal Services team to provide constructive and timely legal advice and support for the surgical facilities and other businesses of SCA Health.
This position is a generalist role, with a focus on corporate law, contract law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and health care laws and regulations.
The 2L Legal Intern will perform legal research and writing assignments in support of various Legal Services practice areas and will gain exposure to the responsibilities of serving as an in-house counsel.
