As an Accounts Receivable Specialist your mission is to spearhead the timely collection of outstanding balances, all the while fostering positive and lasting relationships with their esteemed customers.
Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities :
Invoicing : Create and send invoices accurately and promptly
Payment Processing : Receive and record payments from customers
Account Reconciliation : Ensure payments are applied correctly and resolve discrepancies
Collections : Follow up with customers on overdue payments
Credit Management : Evaluate and monitor customer credit
Aging Analysis : Monitor and prioritize overdue accounts
Dispute Resolution : Investigate and resolve billing disputes
Cash Application : Apply cash receipts to accounts
Customer Communication : Provide updates and address inquiries
Reporting : Prepare reports on accounts receivable metrics
Process Improvement : Identify ways to streamline operations
Compliance : Ensure adherence to policies and regulations
Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
Proficiency in financial software and the MS Office Suite
Analytical prowess with an impeccable eye for detail
