- A hospital in California is looking for an experienced OR nurse for a travel contract.
- The right candidate will have 2 full years of experience, hold an active BLS, ACLS.
Job Requirements
- 2 full years of OR experience is required
- Travel experience is preferred
Schedule Information
- Shifts : 8 hr shifts with variable start times
- Weekend Requirement - RN's : one weekend of call per month
- Weekend Requirement - CST's : one weekend of call per month
- Call Requirement - RN's : 1 call night per week
- Call Requirement - CST's : 1 call night per week
- What is call response time : 30 min
- Holidays : will only have to work holidays in emergencies

of cases per day : 15-20 cases per day
Common types of cases : high volume of ortho including total joints, general, gyn, peds, eyes; cardiac cases include open heart, carotid endarectomies, TAVR's, etc.
Note : travelers will not be put in on cardiac cases)
