Qualifications : Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master s preferredCurrent New Jersey RN LicensureBLS required. (American Heart Association)A minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting is requiredPrevious experience as a nursing director is preferred,Scheduling Requirements : Full Time 40 hours per weekEssential Functions : Staff includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries.
