Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Management, is responsible for overseeing the quality & regulatory initiatives for services provided in the Rehabilitation Division.
Collects and analyzes data to assist the patient care team in achieving the highest quality and best possible outcomes for the patient.
Collects, analyzes, and presents outcome data to various Pediatric Rehabilitation related areas. Assists in ensuring that all appropriate rehabilitation service areas conform to the standards of Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), the Joint Commission (TJC), and other state, local and federal agencies having jurisdiction over services.
Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health-related field.
- Licensure to practice in the State of Florida as a PT, OT, RN or SLP.
- Two (2) years experience in health care-related field preferred.
- Experience in case management, data collection and data analysis preferred.
- Proficiency in computers & data analytics preferred.
