Manpower Las Vegas is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client.
Benefits : Benefits are available after a 90-day probationary period.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM (This is an in-person role, not remote)
Location : Carey & Lamb, Las Vegas, NV
Responsibilities :
- Participate in weekly meetings with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Prepare detailed proposals and agreements to assist in the sales process.
- Craft professional emails and coordinate appointment settings to support sales activities.
- Manage data entry tasks within our CRM system to keep client information current and accessible.
- Handle incoming phone calls, providing exceptional service to enhance client relationships.
- Assess and schedule work orders efficiently to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
- Compile and prepare reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and experience with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration is a plus.
