Nurse Practitioner
Position Summary
As the Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the effective operation and patient care of the clinic and the acquisition and retention of patients by communicating with all potential patients who come into the clinic through exam process, diagnosis, medical treatment, and orders, including diagnostic tests, X-rays, and other referrals as needed.
In this role, you will be patient facing and require a high level of organization and ability to multitask as tasks include diagnosis and management of acute and chronic health conditions, health promotion, disease prevention, health education, and counseling to individuals and families.
You will be performing exams on patients in the office, assembling a patient medical plan of care, rendering treatment, and creating an overall remarkable experience.
As a nurse practitioner you will be the first point of contact for the medical team for many patients entering the clinic so it is expected that you present yourself in a professional manner that positively represents our office.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Five+ years experience, required
- Must have a valid, state-issued license to practice medicine in Colorado
- Must have valid DEA / Prescriptive authority or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Must have completed all preceptorship and mentorship requirements for the state of Colorado
- Experience with Trigger Point Injections is required
- Board certification in orthopedics, preferred
- Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Certification, preferred
- Experience with Regenerative Aesthetics, preferred
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of both standing and sitting at a desk and working on a computer
