We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our Medical Products and Therapy team and play a key role in enhancing the return on investment of our global marketing portfolio.
In this role, you'll use your analytical skills and understanding of marketing principles to identify optimization opportunities within the marketing mix.
You'll work with cross functional groups and develop data-driven recommendations to improve inventory management, strategize end-of-life processes for marketing assets, and implement operational improvements to streamline marketing activities.
- Analyze marketing portfolio performance data to find opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing marketing resource allocation across different channels and initiatives.
- Recommend and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels to minimize waste, optimize storage costs, and evaluate tradeoffs with transportation cost.
- Develop and implement product end-of-life plans ensuring a smooth transition and effective resource utilization.
- Partner with regional / local marketing teams and departments to understand their needs and challenges related to portfolio management and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators related to portfolio performance and operational metrics.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to automate tasks and improve efficiency
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field. Healthcare experience a plus.
- Experience in supply chain, project management methodologies a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
