Our firm is currently seeking a creative, empathetic, and diligent Associate Attorney with experience in family law and a passion for making a difference.
We have offices in Mesa and Phoenix.
$175,000 - $185,000 DOE + Bonus Structure

Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, and support matters
- Engage in creative legal strategizing and compassionate advocacy for our clients
- Participate in business development and community activities to promote the firm's values and services

Responsibilities
- Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing / billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks
- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
Qualifications
Must have at least two years experience practicing Family Law in Arizona
- Able to work independently while handling multiple files
- Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in
- Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw / Lexis)
- Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association
