You Will Make An Impact

The Digital Marketing Manager supports the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels.

This role is a blend of marketing tech stack management and digital marketing. They will manage the company website and associated digital channels while optimizing the SEO opportunities.

They will own the marketing tech stack and ensure proper training and access for the team. The DMM should have a strong grasp of current marketing strategies and technologies and be motivated to test and optimize channels and tools while targeting key customers.

They will also collaborate with copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team.

Your Day To Day

  • Own marketing tech stack
  • Ensure proper usage and training of entire marketing tech stack
  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including website, SEO, SEM
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen team on email marketing and advertising
  • Maintain company’s digital presence across all channels
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
  • Create and manage content for forms of digital communication
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
  • Update WordPress website
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 3+ years experience preferred
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Experience working in CSM, such as WordPress
  • Ability to understand and fully utilize marketing tech including, but not limited to WordPress, Hubspot, Highspot, Brandfolder and others
  • Understands website metrics, A / B testing, and digital best practices
  • Experience connecting different platforms to Salesforce
  • Experience publishing web content, ideally using WordPress
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms and best practices
  • Ability to analyze metrics, reports, and trends
  • Strong project management and managerial skills
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Experience in digital marketing, or related field
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Analytical mind, with an aptitude for analyzing data
