Our firm's Tax practice is seeking exceptional Tax Senior and LLM graduate with tax research experience to join our International Tax team.
As a Tax Senior in this practice, you will utilize your research and tax skills to provide sophisticated tax compliance and advisory services to valued clients.
You will advise clients with multinational businesses and entities on relevant U.S. tax matters that may impact their international business activities and operations.
This is a national practice. The preferred location for the position is our New York office. We also offer flexible work hours and locations : in office and hybrid.
What You Will Do :
- Advise multinational enterprises on relevant US tax issues impacting the full life cycle of a US inbound or outbound business, including choice of entity, funding, operation and exit
- Research and draft tax memoranda on a broad range of issues facing multinational enterprises and cross-border investment
- Prepare excel models and PowerPoint decks illustrating alternative business structures and relative effective tax rates
- Review tax compliance work papers, returns and disclosures relating to the US inbound and outbound operation of multinational enterprises
- Review US tax implications of foreign operations in connection with the preparation of the tax provisions of multinational enterprises
- Assist partners and managers with proposals and business development opportunities
- Monitor international tax news, updates, developments, and law changes
- Work collaboratively with high performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prioritize multiple projects and complete assignments within requested deadlines
- Build relationships with clients
- Supervise, teach and mentor tax interns and associates
What We Seek :
- LLM degree in Taxation required
- An Accounting or business degree (B.S. / A.S.) is preferred
- Attorney license preferred
- Proficient with use of MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to travel to client locations as needed
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

- The salary range for this role takes into account many factors including, but not limited to, years and type of experience, skill sets, and certifications.
The projected salary range for this position is $76,000-174,000.
