Job description : Field Service Engineer in Landrum, SC. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and supporting client products, providing technical support both on-site and remotely, and building long-term relationships with customers.

What Youll Do as a Field Service EngineerProvide technical support for Tier 2 service calls, both on-site and remotelyManage customer inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitudeTrack and document service costs and actions in the Enterprise ERP systemStay updated on product changes, upgrades, and system bugsCoordinate repair parts and ensure correct pricing for service contractsSupport Sales Representatives by creating and processing repair quotesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service qualityProcess equipment loaner forms and the appropriate contract on discrete repairs requested by customersThrough coordination with the Technical Services department, process equipment loaner requests from customersVarious responsibilitiesPerform other tasks as assigned Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering Why is This a Great Opportunity : What We OfferCompetitive Pay1st Shift;
