Emergency Medicine physician job in Massachusetts :
An independent, 132-bed community hospital in southeast Massachusetts has an opening for an Emergency Medicine Physician to work nights.
The Opportunity
- Full-time is 28-32 hours per week
- Up to quadruple coverage per shift plus additional staffing fast-track area
- Primarily overnight shifts
- Employed by afinancially stable, not-for-profit community hospital that serves a population of 170k people
Compensation Package
- Leading salary plus productivity and quality incentives
- Sign-on bonus
- Benefits include 4 weeks PTO, 10 holidays, one week CME plus educational stipend, employer-paid pension plan fully vested at 5 years, 403(b) retirement benefit with company match, 457(B) tax-deferred compensation, health / dental / life insurance, disability, malpractice (occurrence type)
