Cook / Chef (Scratch Cafeteria)
Type : Full time ( hours per week)
Hours : Tuesday Saturday 1 : pm 7 : pm
Location : Pearl City, HI
Base pay : $. to $. per hour depending on experience & shift
About Us : Benchmark Behavioral Health considers our cafeteria as the heart of our program! Our chefs play an essential role providing nutritious and appealing meals to our staff and residents.

Qualifications
Chef / Cook Responsibilities :
- Preparing and serving scratch made meals to our residents and staff
- Cooking from scratch using fresh ingredients
- We serve about (combined residents and staff) people 3 times a day / days a year!
- Checking in food orders, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring temp logs, etc.
- Compliance with all regulatory and health department guidelines
Applicant Qualifications :
- Experience preparing appealing and healthy meals from scratch
- Energetic, creative and driven to provide a superior food experience
- Experience working in a cafeteria-style or similar organization is helpful but not required
- Food Handler Certification
- High School Diploma / GED
