Position : Baker - Elevate Our Bakery Program!
Compensation : $17 / hr base plus tips estimated at $15-$20 / hr

As we prepare to expand into our second location, we are looking to build a bakery program that will set new standards in artisanal baking and pastry.
Who Were Looking For :
We need a passionate and experienced Baker to lead our bakery department. This is more than just a job; its an opportunity to take full ownership of our bakery program and bring a new level of creativity and quality to Sunrose.
Key Responsibilities :
Artisanal Craftsmanship : Create a variety of high-quality breads and pastries from scratch, ensuring consistency and creativity.
Bakery Leadership : Manage the bakery operations, taking ownership of product quality, scheduling, and inventory.
Recipe Development : Innovate and introduce new items, keeping our offerings fresh and aligned with seasonal trends.
Collaboration : Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
What You Bring :
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of professional baking experience, with a strong portfolio of both breads and pastries.
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a small team.
Attention to Detail : High standards for quality, presentation, and food safety.
Passion : A deep love for baking and a drive to elevate our bakery program.
