Quotation and Job Processing Specialist
Summary Objective
You will be an integral part of the sales team using your skills to prepare quotes, process sales orders and provide support for the outside salesmen.
To be successful you will be trained to know chassis styles and be able to provide the common specs and be trained on vendor product lines within your first 6 months.
Essential Functions

- Prepare quotes quickly and efficiently.
- Assist outside sales in processing quotes and sales orders.
- Complete inspections on completed trucks, including taking photos, obtaining the weight, and fuel testing.
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of completed trucks to the customer.
- Answer incoming sales calls.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This position works in an office setting, with shop exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. with an hour lunch, but hours could change based on need.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience with truck equipment preferred but not required
1 year experience with quoting processes
1 year experience with sales order entry
Ability to acquire Class B CDL within 6 months of hire
