Schedule : Full time; Sunday through Thursday

The Assisted Living Care Director is a Director-level role and works with a friendly, caring and dynamic team, providing leadership and scheduling for our associates as well as support to our residents in a home-like setting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling for Assisted Living and Mind & Memory Care team and liaison with payroll for resident care team
- Assist Resident Care Director in developing service plans according to state regulations and manage changes
- Assist with hiring, training, supervising and developing care associates
- Interact with residents and families daily
- Responsible for departmental compliance and engage as a member of community management team
- Respond to emergencies and personal emergency response system and know when to
